Support

How to get help with EmailEngine, and what to include when you ask.

Contact Support

Email: support@emailengine.app

Include your EmailEngine version, the account type involved, and the relevant log lines. Information to collect lists what makes a report answerable.

Support is provided by the developer of EmailEngine. The license agreement does not guarantee support or a response time, and running, maintaining, and operating an EmailEngine instance is the licensee's responsibility.

Channels

  • Email at the address above, for questions about a licensed instance
  • GitHub Issues for bug reports and feature requests. Search existing issues first; a report that includes a way to reproduce the problem is acted on faster
  • Documentation at learn.emailengine.app, the reference for every feature
  • Release notes for what changed in each version

What a Subscription Covers

A subscription covers every version of EmailEngine and every update released during the subscription period, on any number of instances. The features are the same on the trial and on a paid subscription; see Licensing for the terms.
