EmailEngine is a self-hosted email gateway that connects your application to any email account through a REST API. Instead of implementing IMAP, SMTP, OAuth2 and provider-specific behavior, you make HTTP requests and receive webhooks. EmailEngine keeps the connections open, syncs messages and authenticates with Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP server.
